Prior to FCA, Arthur Chan served as Managing Partner, West Coast for Assembly. He was responsible for the leadership, business development, client acquisition of the agency’s West Coast operations in the United States with clients that included 21st Century Fox, Transamerica, Dave & Buster’s, Belkin International and the LA Rams. During his tenure, Assembly was named 2018’s Media Agency of the year by Ad Age.

Chan has enjoyed a distinguished career in digital marketing and entertainment spanning more than 20 years producing award-winning campaigns for premier brands including Netflix, Lionsgate, A24, Relativity, Focus Features, Toyota and Lexus among many others. Respected for his strengths in marketing and consumer strategy, Chan has led the development of campaigns that have been recognized at the highest pinnacles of the industry including a Cannes Media Lions Gold, a Global Effie and having his work selected as Mediaweek’s Media Plan of the Year. In 2013 thinkLA, the trade association serving the Los Angeles and California marketing industry, inducted Chan as a member of its Hall of Fame.

Chan had also spent more than a decade with Palisades Media Group culminating in being named Executive Vice President and Managing Partner where he architected and led the agency’s digital marketing and business development capabilities. In addition, Arthur held senior level positions with Team One and Saatchi & Saatchi. He also counts client-side experience as the Director of Marketing for Sony Connect.
