ADAPT. Yes, that sentence only requires one word and it sums up most of our roles in this crazy, media landscape. VMA Media, with the support of the most senior brand, agency and media executives, offers a place to gather, collaborate and explore new opportunities to influence business decisions. We do so through a series of industry events designed to break down some of the challenges that exist today.

I am no stranger to events or my desire to bring the right audiences together; I have spent the past 14 years of my career doing so. Starting with iMedia Communications where I drove revenue through event sponsorships and advertising on their trade site,, for just under 9 years. I owe a great deal of my overall success to my time there. It afforded me the relationships I greatly value today as an executive and individual.

My career, though weighted in events, allowed me to delve into mobile in my former role at NinthDecimal (formerly JiWire). I joined them as Director, Business Development to build their location based app publisher network to support the company’s then pivot into mobile. While there I launched the Women in Wireless chapter in San Francisco and currently co-lead SF today. We offer mobile and digital female (and male) professionals, events to help inspire and support career growth.

I graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Communications and an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism. I reside in San Francisco, however, my heart still longs for So Cal with the L.A. Lakers and superior mexican food.
