VP of Marketing at UpTrending

Maile Krauss is the VP of Marketing at UpTrending, a digital marketing agency with offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles. She is responsible for developing and promoting the UpTrending brand, managing and measuring cross-screen marketing efforts and overseeing all internal/external brand touch points.

Prior to UpTrending, Krauss served as the Director of Business Development and Client Relations at Ansible, the full service mobile agency of IPG Mediabrands. In this role, she led the client services and strategy teams, transforming client objectives into innovative mobile programs while driving new business growth for both Ansible and IPG Mediabrands.

Previous to Ansible, Krauss was at AOL where she served as Director, Mobile Monetization for two and a half years. During her tenure, she led mobile product, education and revenue across properties such as The Huffington Post, TechCrunch, Engadget, and Moviefone. Before AOL, Krauss served as an Account Executive for WPP’s AKQA where she was the primary point of contact for mobile innovation, driving strategies for clients including Audi, Xbox, Nike, Target, USPS and Visa. While at AKQA, Krauss worked on the first mobile car launch for Volkswagen, the inaugural retail iPad application for Gap and received Mobile Marketer’s 2011 Mobile Agency of The Year recognition.
