SVP, Advanced TV at Cadreon
With extensive experience in Advanced Video and Media, programmatic, and screen-agnostic video strategy and activation, Matt is responsible for developing data-driven, audience/customer centric, screen-agnostic video activation strategies and an addressable approach to Video/TV on behalf of Cadreon, IPG Mediabrand’s Ad Tech unit, responsible for developing best-in-class programmatic technology solutions.
He also works closely with agency partners and clients to evangelize this audience/customer centric approach to benefit their clients communications goals . Prior to Cadreon, Matt spent more than eight years at Carat, most recently as the agency’s Advanced Advertising lead, driving an addressable, programmatic, interactive and convergent approach on behalf of blue-chip advertisers. He was also Associate Director of National Video Activation at Carat working on behalf of Pfizer Consumer Healthcare/Wyeth, guiding their investment strategy and activation.
Furthermore, Matt was part of the transition team that created the agency’s first truly integrated digital and traditional media investment teams, who led integrated video investment strategy and activation for many blue chip advertisers. He was also responsible for leading integrated communications planning, insights and activation teams to push forward Advanced Media initiatives centered around Addressability, Interactivity, and Convergence across all media channels. Throughout his career, he has worked across all business categories, including Pharmaceutical, OTC, Auto, Film, Retail, QSRs, Fast Food, CP, Travel, Tourism, Programming, and Real Estate. Matt earned his B.A. from the University of Maryland, and currently resides in Manhattan.
